Conflict Management in Scientific Teams

Conflicts are part of our professional life. Reasons for conflicts might be: Different work habits or ambitions, different cultural background, fights over resources, scientific visibility (first/senior authorship for instance) just to name a few. It is important, that conflicts do not paralyze a team. Therefore, a team leader should know, when and how to intervene.
